Thanks for the uplifting class last night. I didn't do much with my vision board, but the list alone made me realize how blue heavy my world is and why I'm feeling so drained and tired. I also noted that my self talk has been incredibly negative, and I started to notice and switch it as early as last night. I also stopped and did yoga in my kitchen last night and said, "this is enough. you are enough." Wow.

​“That call with Jody was so amazing last night!! I wasn’t sure I could be in it for two hours with my brain squirreling away all the time. Something about her voice and the music kept me calm. I had to leave when I couldn’t handle the personal canva training session anymore.
About 5 minutes prior to the call, I had just learned that my inability to handle incompetence/lack of common sense is a trauma response and I was reeling from that “aha” moment”
